As a Project Manager, you will take full ownership of end-to-end  project delivery for medium & enterprise IT programmes across theUK and the Netherlands. You will manage cross-functional teams,  oversee budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure delivery excellence  while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will operate at both strategic and operational levels, driving governance, managing stakeholders (including C-level), and  ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within  budget. You will work closely with fellow Project Managers and thePMO/Delivery teams to maintain a high-performing, consistent,  and scalable delivery function across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: End-to-end delivery of complex IT  transformations (Cloud, ERP, Data) across UK and Benelux,  managing timelines, budgets & Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

  • Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary  contact for senior clients, steering committees, and third- party vendors to ensure seamless delivery.

  • Financial & Commercial Control: Own project budgets,  forecasting, and scope changes, while occasionally supporting the sales team with pre-sales and proposals.

  • Team & PMO Collaboration: Lead and mentor cross-functional, international teams (UK/NL) while working with the PMO to  improve delivery frameworks and standards.

  • Risk & Governance: Proactively manage RAID logs,  compliance, and governance structures to keep projects  secure and on track.

  • Strategic Focus: Drive digital transformations specifically  tailored for Real Estate Management software implementations.

Your background

  • Experience: 5+ years in IT project/programme management within a consultancy or customer-facing environment.

  • Project Track Record: Proven success delivering enterprise-scale digital transformations, cloud migrations, or ERP systems with budgets of €500K+.

  • Stakeholder Management: Experienced in managing  C-level stakeholders and cross-cultural, international teams.

  • Domain Knowledge: Real estate industry experience is a majorplus.

  • Languages: Fluent in both Dutch and English (written and  spoken).

  • Methodologies & Education: Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum; Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or  Real  Estate.
